The Private Office Membership is designed for employers/entrepreneurs who think in advance for their employees, who do not want to be mired in unforeseen costs but still want to have a private office of a certain capacity level for the team. The Private Office members know what kind of office costs they will face each month, and thus focus on the needs of their employees, allowing them to work comfortably in a more creative environment. Do not let the details of running an office distract you, with a venue shaped for your needs and your team!
You can have your meeting room reserved whenever you like, using our online membership portal to sign up for hourly, half-day, and full-day options.
The Private Office membership can be used by as many persons as the capacity of the room reserved. The minimum membership period is 3 (three) months.
We accept your courier service and post deliveries, store them securely, and send you an e-mail to notify you about them. You can come and get them any time within the 15 days to follow the notification.
You can make the payments online on the web site and the membership portal using your credit card. You can also contact our member relations department for the bank transfer payment option.

With Private Office Membership, each month the members can host guests for 24 (twenty-four) hours times the office space capacity count registered with the account.
Private Office members are asked to submit security deposit equal to 1 month’s service fee.
